Week 10

With Winter FINALLY ending, I now have to deal with its aftermath of mud and muck. However, in the woods behind my house, there is a scene that would be nice to take photos of. A stream is beginning to melt and defrost after being frozen for about 5 months. The small amount of water is flowing downward to a pond over and around natural obstacles such as branches and fallen tree limbs. If I were to have taken this photo, I would have actually decided to use a slow shutter speed to capture an interesting effect of the water over the still background. I would have had to use a tripod or a flat and steady surface so the camera would be in focus while it captured the image.

  1. I hate the mud. its a disgusting mess, but The scene you were talking about would have made a nice picture for your portfolio. You could have used a tripod and slow shutter speeds to get cool effects.
